Buy full Prossy, (PM me your RS name and I'll loan you a whip for 24 Hours, Leveling cooking atm). Buy a bunch of prayer pots. Go to GWD and Kill Spiritual Mages, You'll easily get 5 Dragon boots at the least in one inventory, I used to farm them and get an average of 7 per inventory. Made about 24m in a short time while leveling attack.

 

Do green dragons till you have enough money to do gwd.

 

Kill avansies with welfare gear, then as you make more money upgrade your gear till you can do GWD.

Or slayer.

I use to be pro merch back in the days.. Now with the GE I can't do shit.

 

Look for a flipping guide, easy money with the GE and not hard to understand. Don't buy one though because you can get the same for free, you just have to look into it more.
