Hi I want to make a paypal account but dont want to put my real information so if I went to a fake id generator and used it to make my account and it works would it be considered as fraud?

 

I'm not sure if it would be defined as "fraud," but I definitely don't recommend it. Just use your own info and if you have to, change your birth date.

 

Here goes my story: I have 2 Paypal accounts, one verified, the other not verified. I use the unverified one for all the trades I do with leechers/non-trusted members and for all PIN trades. My unverified Paypal just got limited, but my other verified Paypal isn't. I'm a bit worried that if I start trading with my verified Paypal, it might get limited.

Will it get limited? Can I just trade freely since it's verified with my bank and SSN?

 

Well, I was trading with munaf676, and I sent him money through paypal for a runescape account. The thing is, even though I sent it as a gift, according to him it didn't. Anyways, he refunded the money, but the thing is, Paypal took 1.95 from the card to verify it, and it's a non-reloadable card, so when I spent the 1.95 from my paypal balance, it sent the extra money from my card as backup. Now, it refunded the 1.95 to my Paypal balance, but I see nothing on my card. Paypal says it refunded already. I see nothing, and still have 16 bucks on the card only. I'm fucked, right? This guy fucked me over?

It's actually takes 3 days to refund it to a debit card maybe 7 days for other cards but I know from experience and numerous site asking the same question it's 3 days.

ok so paypal emailed my dad saying they think he is using false information and he need to send drivers license and stuff. It said to do it like you email them when you ask a question. There is no upload a file or anything like that, so how does he upload his drivers license to them via their messaging system on the website.

You do not need to go through contact us - push view limits and upload the documents or just go through a limitation process if your dad's account is limited.

Ok soo...I bought an account for $200USD...but it got recovered (who would have guessed) and now I cannot get in contact with the guy (of course) and want to file a dispute in paypal, but I cant because it was sent as a gift. Any ideas?
P.S. I cant file a scammer report because I don't have pictures.

 

You can still file a report - just, it's unliky it will get accepted.
