    Shin Splints

    Yes, that's right I got um. They're a HUGE pain and I can't get rid of them. It kills because we run a lot during football. Anyone have any ways to deal with the pain or have any treatments? Right now I take Ibuprofen and ice as much as I can.

    well first i would go to the doctors and see what they would say.

    Yea I went to my Physician and a Physical Therapist. They both said there's not much you can do.>_<

    They are right. Don't flex your shins at all. Bind your shins and ankles with tape or some sort of binding and continue to ice them. Sit as much as you can and just take it easy.
