How can I make a pay pal if I dont have niether a bank account nor a credit card?

Could someone please help?

 

Is this supposed to be a troll thread? if not, just make an account on PayPal, you can receive money, but you can't send until you have funds. Your account will be limited to something along the line of $3000 sending and receiving until you add a bank account to it.

 

I think he means verify it, because he does not have a CC.

 

First off. You can make a paypal account at any time. You don't need to have money right then. Second, to add money to your account with out a bank account or CC you either have to have some one send it to you or you can buy a pre-paid card that you can buy at a store to then upload cash to your paypal. Personally I use "moneypak." Then once your money is on your account the only way to verify it with out a bank account or CC is to buy a pre-paid credit card. (this can be one you buy earlier to put money on your account.) Then you should be set to go. One more thing. If you don't plan on verifying your account then make you account Canadian or Australian. these account have a high spending limit even when their not verified.

 

Just buy a virutul credit card for like $5 and it will get you verify
