Like I told you in dms if you had handled this respectfully and not threatened my Staff with a sythe report while we were on vacation this would have been handled differently, and you would have a new account to play in the next month or 2. But instead you were disrespectful and thought we were going to get out of this on technicalities, which we have not tried to do at any point in this report as you can see.
