mots claims there is a deposit bonus, and when you go onto the site it advertises up to 300% deposit bonus.

upon clicking the 1st deposit button, you are given these options, which is fair as the first screen said up to

by clicking the deposit now button, it takes you directly to the deposit screen.

heres the kicker, the "deposit bonus" isnt a deposit bonus as much as its a shit rakeback.
only if you click the I under the "unlocker section" will it tell you that the deposit bonus is actually a rakeback with the formula wager amount * 1% * 20%

This works out to be:
0.2% of the wager back as a "deposit bonus".

compared to the competition:
Stake: starts at 5% of house edge lets assume 6% house edge, which is average, this works out to 0.3% of your wager back.

roobet: starts at 20% of house edge, with same assumption of 6% per game (based off roulette). this is 1.2% of your wager back.

The false advertising is that the "deposit bonus" isnt a deposit bonus, but instead a limited shit rakeback. no where when you deposit does it tell you that there is this insane wager requirement. the only place on the site that I have found informing you of the limitation is the I button on the "unlocker" page. it isnt even stated in the terms of service.

in the most extreme example, of a 4th deposit of $1000, you would get a potential "deposit bonus" of $3000, however to actually claim the stated deposit bonus you would have to wager $1,500,000.

 

the report is just simple in my eyes.
it's not false advertisement or misleading everything is listed on site however, we did take his feedback in consideration and I can garauntee you it's going to be changed.

This user made a support ticket on the same day of the report and I replied when I woke up via email to his support ticket which stated the same thing.

So the site is incorrect? and if you deposit $100 you can instantly wager with the entire $100 + the full deposit bonus without any wager requirements?

 

As already mentioned:
You deposit and depending on howmuch you deposit and if it's your first, second,third or fourth deposit you get a certain % in bonus $.
You then simply have to wager and as you wager you unlock this BONUS $.

There is no rakeback, you only get this as a bonus from deposited. There is no current other way on getting this BONUS $.

This is all unlocked after a certain amount has been wagered.
As from I mentioned from the very beginning, before I even saw this ticket.
We replied to the ticket lordzuku made on our website mentioning that indeed it seems like the % of return per bet is low and we will change this on the next update.
Currently site is not open for bets as we are working on roll-out 1.2.
