I can also confirm Fallin Hero is the original owner of the account Fallin Hopes. Fallin Hopes got hacked, so Fallin Hero wanted it banned.

Yea Sindre deserves Global. Also inactive Globals/Mods should be demoted.

 

I believe all moderators got enough mod logs. If they constantly don't get enough mod logs, I expect they would get demoted.
