[New Log] Time-Lost Drake [80 Lock]

after doing research, i came to find out that there is no set respawn time. It is a rare spawn of a rare spawn. When Vygrosa is spawned randomly, you much kill here in order to get a change that TLD will spawn, and if it does spawn, it can happen within when vygrosa's body disappears to 6 hours.

has happened to me multiple times now, i was actually jsut about to attack it and a mage took it, curse them and there instant casts >.<

 

heres a bit of help for people looking for it

 

i already have it but thanks anyways. trying to memorize the FP's but its starting to aggravate me. the temple of storms one is the one i use the most the time

I think im going to try hunting it for 3 days(1-3hours, more likely 1) and see my results.

Finding the dead body would be sucess!

 

haha, best of luck to you, you'll be so lucky if you find it, and i mean 100% pure luck lol the 1st time i saw it dead/alive was months after

Yeah, people are usually around for hours.

Every now and then I'd fly the path once or twice hoping to get lucky.

 

So what exactly is it? :O

 

A dragon. When you kill it you get the mount that looks just like it.

I have been trying a new method that i have been suggested to buy a friend and it seems like it it working.

There is one point on the map where 3 of his flight paths meet, and what i am doing is fly mounting up, turning my speakers up, and going afk, then going on runescape/sythe/my other account on my laptop, then if I hear the noise i can hop right on. I know it is working because vygrose spawned near it and i hear, and killed it

 

Questions me as to why you didn't try to kill the mage before he managed to down the drake

 

Maybe because it is no PVP realm? You can't just attack random people if they don't have PVP on.

 

its on a nrmal server, so yea

to also add to that, if it was even a pvp server, the mage was extremely more geared than me, i'd would have walked into a slaughter

 

Oh haha sorry for the stupid post in that case, I've only ever played on PvP servers so I wouldn't know what that's like :embar:

I got the drake on my friends pally by owning the mage that had it at half health. Bubble tagged it after reset, smooth way to get it.

 

very nice seeing and hearing people having the mount just makes more want it more

 

Did you give up?

 

i am still hunting, everyday o search for 2 hours while in que for battlegrounds and daily heroics, but i still have yet to see him. my quest continues on

 

Good luck, i was trying to get this on my rogue, gave up after a week. =)
