ALL ITEMS ARE FREE ON THE ACCOUNT! (Just do not ask for something ridiculous, like a lvl 3 with no skills having full rune). Also, specify on if you want quests done, and realize that the quest exp may have an effect on your stats (e.g. The Knight's Sword causing smithing to go up in level). If you want to be able to wear a rune platebody or a green d'hide, please tell us or you will not get what you want.

On the actual transaction:
-If you want an OMM, please specify, we will take care of the fee
-We want the money first (PayPal, as a gift)
-If the account is not to your specifications, 100% refund (we get account, then you recieve money, no recovery questions or emails)

This seems extremely fishy. $200 for all skills to 99 is impossible. It would take a vast amount of time to level all skills to 99. Anyone promising this with 3 posts is likely to be a scammer.

 

He is/they are doing my order on a newly created F2P account, with all payment after completion. If you were going to purchase that account, I'm sure they would be more than happy to use an OMM, so you are safe...

 

I realize how it could seem like a scam, but we are more than happy to use an OMM if you want. We can do payment after completion if they are trusted. But, for an order of more than $35, we want you to pay first, no exceptions, but we can use an OMM.

But if so, I would want to use a Level 3 Account I created so I'm the original Owner, and also a OMM, and at the moment I'm a little broke due to bills lol, So I wouldn't this started until....11 days from now

I will offer you a pure, with 70 attack, 92 Strength and 25 Defence, with about 2M and a main, with 22M, 99 hunter and almost 1.6k total level if you get my F2P pure 99 strength and range and maybe magic/or 40M gp.

We will use an OMM and he can recover both the accounts, although they both dont have recoveries.
