Finally finally finally I have gotten a desktop computer, and this is going to resolve my situation that i've been having all of the years. Hopefully this will work and re can move forward with everything.

Truthfully it has been a very very long time since I've reviewed any infractions
or penalties I may have committed. Scamming, or attempting to scam,
possible ban evading.

I cannot remember the names of those I attempted or scammed, its been more than 13 years. If there iss a possibility to review the past infractions from that time we can rewind and address, so I can put together a proper apology I would be appreciative.

I was a stubborn, hot headed, aggressive keyboard warrior back then with the knowledge and intentions of the 12-15 year old BOY. Hopefully I can rekindle and put things towards the bigger and brighter light toward my future with Sythe and all of those who use it.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I wasn't fully aware of the extremity my actions, poor intentions, and all of the rules I was breaking too the kind, and innocent perfect strangers I was attacking. I wasn't a mature enough teenager to understand the harm that I was creating and how it would affect others aswell as I never thought about the outcome or feelings of others from my unworthy mistakes. I truly hope that all of the time that has passed, and the great knowledge, respect, and maturity I have gained will steer you toward my forgiveness. I was a boy who had not learned to understand or accept the proper punishment from my misguided choices. I wish to be a part of the community with each and every one of you, make friends and strive as the mature, respectful, adult and father that I am today. If my pardon is not accepted I wish too leave this as a question - would I ever be able to be apart of the forums again, to interact with the fellow players and gamers of those games I still enjoy playing today.
