    I see you use vBulletin.

I would suggest something (And I have seen it used before) that will remove the vouch threads. You don't need them, they over complicate things.

    I believe it's called iTrader.

Basically when someone buys something from somebody they can leave feedback, kind of like how Ebay works.

This should have gone in the suggestion forum. It would have been moved to "denied" anyways, though.

Sorry, did not see that. May I ask why you could not use a system like this?

I personally think it would be much more useful, but I don't understand the reasoning that well. I don't know myself.

Wrong section and as Sup3r said it's in the Not Suggest List. Was it that hard to find the Suggestions section? It's above Feedback. :)

And did you have to repeat something a user already said, and I even quoted and am in conversation with? Funny how the tables turn. It's right above your post.

I did not see the suggestions section, sorry.

    It can be abused easily.

Exactly this. How are you so sure that vouches can't be abused easily but iTrader can? If i'm not mistaken, I'm sure some people were banned for vouching a known ban evader and scammer, including 1 grand master, if my memory serves me well. Tengauge or PLP or Snowboard Ninja or whatever the hell his name is.

Vouches are less easily abused and you can run a background check on their circumstances.

    And with iTrader you cant?

In iTrader it shows their score under their username so you dont need to jump to a vouch forum. And you can have mini threads with the buyer/seller in iTrader that only they and Mods can see.

Maybe everytime you do a trade a with someone, you get a moderator to check on if the trade is a legit one etc?

    Moar work 4 mods.

Quoted for truth. I'll ask that this thread remains open until a valid argument for a simple system implementation is reached.

I see no reason why you could not have the points Moderated.

I think the problem is that iTrader will make it seem like it's a race to see who has the most feedback/points. Traders will end up basing their trust on who has the most points and they won't really be able to check the legitimacy of the feedback since it won't be from an actual thread (if I understand the concept correctly).

With vouches, the user can follow the link to the actual post and see if the thread seems like a legitimate service with many more positive vouches.

This has been suggested and denied countless times. For more reasons, search the denied suggestions forum for "itrader".
