whats up guys i need some help with this computer

whats up guys i have i just got Toshiba satellite p205 s6307 i traded my friend a camera for it the thing is my friend got it and like a month later he dropped and the screen cracked and he hasnt been able to use it since th screen is pretty thrashed should i put the money into fixing it or maybe i could get a cord and hook it to my TV what do you guys think

i was reading about this laptop everyone says its slow would it be able to bot and play rs?

 

I wouldn't put the money into fixing it. There are decent laptops going for around 400-500$ you could easily bot and play RS on.
