better for strength training?

bgs or ss? im lvl 98 with 84 str which one? and i have 44M so i mean im not lacking the cash

 

I'd go with the SS. It attacks faster and costs less and is still efficient.

 

SS by far. It attacks 25 times/minute.
Godsword=~17 times/minute.

edit: unless you're training on something with very high defense/110+cmb.
Then the godsword's accuracy might overplay the lack of speed.

 

I've always been a much bigger fan of using the SS when training strength.

 

Ss at Armoured Zombies with piety, salve (e) and super str pots. This exact method got me 118k def exp with chaotic rapier at only 86 strength. With ss I heard it can be around 100k str exp p/h
