Any extra levels will cost a membership pin, which can be negotiated over msn.

as you can see i asked status earlier and he said 18 range (he was getting me 1-30 range)
i asked him about 15 minutes later and he said "HACKED" so i went on and everything is gone.
and my range didn't go up one level
