Ashieldlol just confirmed to me that they don't work anymore. But they're a good item to keep as a collectable so the price has been lowered.

The strong magic potion increases your magic level 6+20% Of current
So it's possible to have 124 Magic and hit 600+ with barrage

Strong defence raises your defence 6+20% so it's like an extreme potion

Strong survivalist raises your Agility, Hunter, Slayer, Summoning, Thieving 6+6% of current
