Scammed me out of 12 dollars for his 1600 point card, lmao.

Paying for the card.


Logged off without giving me the code.

What about the rest of the convo (including the part where he leaves without giving you the card)?

 

There is nothing left of the conversation? He blocked me without giving me the code. There's the log of our conversation, I only left out two messages.

 

Then why is he online in your screenshot? Based on the picture, it leaves room for him to have given you the card.

Also, chat logs are not proof.

 

I took the original payment picture as a precaution, just in case he did scam me. I scrolled up again to take the picture of his paypal email, not realizing his paypal email was already in the original picture.

I'd like to know why the chat log isn't considered proof. It's not copied and pasted, it's an ACTUAL log of the MSN conversation, the timestamp for the messages all match the conversation (the last message, which I left out was at 8:11, and you can see in the log that the last message was at 8:11:10) you can even see that it's his email. Note the "Seal-Sythe" at the top in the address bar.

 

Chat logs are easily editable. Do you have any screenshots of when he logged off?

 

No, I took the last picture (where you can see he signed off, like two minutes after I sent him the payment), and then I closed the conversation. That's why I provided the picture of the chat log.

 

The last picture is not the end of the conversation. Unfortunately, I don't think this will suffice as the seller could have easily given you the info afterwards.
