Banning reason and list.

He's not trying to say that; you've taken a different approach to it by considering that he is trying to trade with them...

What he is suggesting is that other members should know why such and such have been banned. Not that he wants to trade with them....

Even though they may have scammed, some privacy is still owed to them. Posting all of the info on why they were banned will just cause more fuss within the forums

 

No their privacy is not owed. If you murder someone in real life, you lose your rights, sometimes it goes on the news.

Posting why they were banned would cause LESS fuss because people know, and won't speculate...

What they could do is reveal the reasons why they were banned and NOT ALLOW further discussion on the matter.

Yes but murdering, and scamming on an online website are totally different things.

This seems understandable, but also sounds like alot of work for the mods/admins for something that's not that important.

Yes I agree with you that its probably not the top priority but they should have some kind of rule in place rather than a "we'll let you know if we want to..."
