Hello, Here's my guide to fighting Tzhaar and making anywhere from 400-600k per hour.

Why Tzhaar?
Tzhaar drop valuable items such as the obsidian shield and the obsidian cape.

Recommended stats if not safe spotting:
70 attack/defence/strength

Recommended stats if safe spotting:
combat level 50 with 50+ range.

Where to find them. Tzhaar are an ancient race located under Karamja.

WARNING:
Level 74, DO NOT ATTACK, if you attack these any Tzhaar around it will attack you as it is a multi combat area.



First use a glory to Teleport to Karamja

How to Safespot

Stand behind a Sulphur vent and attack the Tzhaar. Use range, Halberd or mage.

What loot to pick up:
Obsidian_cape
Tokkul (Tzharr currency, use to buy items at Tzhaar shops.)
Onyx_bolt_tip
TokTz-Ket-Xil (obby shield)
TokTz-Ket-Om (obby Maul)

say on average i can get 1 shield drop + 67k tokkul an hour which is nearly certain, i can make 400k per hour.

 

Theres no chance at getting 400-600k/hr, I been botting there with almost maxed acc with decent gear and was getting only ~200k/h + tokkuls..

 

Then your doing something wrong, i get on average 500k an hour

 

No, you just get lucky... high combat averages at 200k/hr.

 

This! There is no way to get 500k/h for few hours in a row =/

 

if you think about it... you get enough tokkul/h to get an onyx stone every 30 hours, so that adds on about 500k/h just alone. =\ HOWEVER, just by non-tokkul drops alone, you get only about 200k/h, and thats with good stats.

 

true, i get enough tokkul to BUY an obby shield every hour + around 300k drops

 

There is no way you got 2 sheilds and a cape in 1 hour, i can spend 5+ hours and not get a single obsidian drop, well you might just be extremely lucky but frmo my experience its hard to get over 100k an hour.

 

well if you collect the TOKKUL you can get 100k+200k since i get on average around 67k tokkul per hour

 

iv botted 2 maxed accounts for around 40m experience there, and on average i got about 250-280k/h including onyx gems, so therefore you should change the title, as i have sampled this spot for longer on better accounts.

 

well the prices of things have also changed a bit, but i don't think you can get over 300k an hour there.

 

Let's say you get a kill in 20 seconds. 20 seconds * 3 = a minute, 60 minutes in an hour, so you get 180 kills in an hour.

Are you saying the obby shield drop rate is 2:180 (1:90)? - NOTE: I said two because your picture shows 2 shields.
I don't think so.

Times may vary, but this is just a very rough example of how this can't be right.

Why bother with shields then? Why not just save up and get an onyx gem?
