There was an update last night right before the mass ban.
I was unlucky enough to have my mate's account banned, though mine was still running and is hopefully safe. Laying low.

SW is a failed bot anyways, never did me any good. Just bot something else, or stop botting. Simpe.

Theres no more jmods hanging around anymore from what I've seen anyway, and there hasn't been a perm ban reported n rsbots.net for nearly 12 hours, might be safe to continue? I'm still gonna wait for a bit.

30-40% using a bot at Soul Wars is simply amazing.

Luckily I got my 99 ranged two days ago and just PK'ed yesterday so I should be fine. But I'm going to stay away from Soul Wars for a while.

yeah, I've set mine back up again, i don't know why you wouldn't do it for a week, the only way they ban people is by manually standing there watching, the jmods have moved on now, as now that the news has been around the community everyone is scared off, it should be safe to bot again now, but I'm not entirely sure for how long, tbh it was just a sweep, until they can get these new "measures" they were talking about to be made and put in place. \

They've been doing this sweeps to all places that are botted in high frequencies, next IMO would be LRC, or fishing bots, that's just my 2 cents though.

They have been doing manual sweeps for over 5 years now. Nothing new to see really.

Just SW surprised a lot of people.

yeah i guess that's true, but they don't do them constantly, from what i understand its in like monthly or so cycles, you just gotta get in at the right time.

Good to see these are manual bans, not an updated system. This means I can actually keep running it with much less fear for my account >.>

I wouldn't be surprised to see them hit up the LRC next, honestly.
