Jagex are retarded, they will ban the bots even though the bots make it playable for every other noob. It's overly redundant to talk about how bots lower prices of raw materials, but nevertheless, it is very true. Jagex are only losing money by banning, like the recent mass ban for SW bots (my friend lost his acc, it was 110cb 99 range, def, well over 120m and years old).

So good game, Jagex is drawing itself towards its own defeat.

All they're able to do is catch the dumb ones...

People who don't bot 24/7 and still play legit now and then are still pretty safe, imo.

They can't stop bots. They might slow them down for a few months...
    Then the macros update... lol

    As said by Andew himself

Its a never ending cycle, Jagex evolves to catch us, we evolve to not be caught.

They wont ever get rid of us. Thats just how it works. Even if they do get some of us banned.

And if it weren't for us ( we r the unsung heroes of runescape TBH ) the prices of things would be rediculouse. Who want to legitly farm tokkul for onyx gems? Or legitly catch implings, or red chins?

    No one.

Macroing will always be prominent within Runescape. How prominent is the question...

JaGex will never stop us all. The trade limit, loss of the Wilderness, and other things were some big blows, but we all know that's not stopping us. As long as RuneScape's around, we are.

Alot of RS video makers are endorsing the idea to their fans to report all botters. All the un-intellectual botters will get banned and only the smart ones will stay.

Jagex makes statements like that for 2 reasons.
    1. To scare of kids from botting.
    2. Make every one believe they are in control.

Realistically there will always be bots in Runescape. Jagex will change their detection system and a few more will be caught but the bots will just keep getting better. Look at RID botting. They have never had a user get banned. Its a never ending war between Jagex and bots. Jagex just can't seem to win ;)

Gower once said that it would be impossible to detect bots... so if the creator of RS said it, then botting will exist however large or small percentage of players it maybe... :D
