In my honest opinion, I would say 2/5.

Dual cores are a thing of the past, same as 32-bit operating systems. That is a low amount of RAM as well, but hey, you only have a 32-bit OS anyway.

I still got a Core 2 Duo, overclocks like hell, I got it from 2.0GHz to 3.4GHz, that's a 1.4GHz overclock. I'm planning to get a Core 2 Quad when the price drops on the 12MB Cache ones, the best Core 2 Quad CPU right now that I can see on NewEgg is around $350 or so, and that's like the price of a Core i7 or costs more than a regular Core i7.

    Here's something you can follow:

    CPU:

    Ram:

    Video Card:

    Hard Drive:

Operating System: Windows 7 64bit os for example and not just "64bit os" or something like that.

    Power Supply:

    Heatsink:

    Monitor:

There's a lot more, but that's pretty basic.

I'll need full specs before I judge, but yeah as blindkilla said, dual cores are a thing of the past.

    Who's gonna mention casing?

You can't tell if he needs more or not. For normal use 2GB is more then enough for things like Runescape / Web browsing / World of Warcraft etc, etc.

Dual core's are more then enough for most people. So i don't really see why you would say that.

    Windows sucks!

I used to use Linux all the time but for some reason this summer
I kept on using Windows 7, last week I switched back and now I'm
wondering why the hell I ever went back to Windows, it's just such a frustration.

4.5/10, and that's only because of Windows 7 Ultimate. You have low RAM, a dual-core processor, and a 32-bit OS. You might want to get a ton of more RAM; at least 4GB.
