Members List Suggestion?

As many people know the memberlist has been abused by a few morons and have now produced this: Memberlist search disabled due to abuse...

I would Like to suggest a 30 Secound wait period between each search, as the member list is one of the main things about any forum, to search up some one that your trading or stuff like that.

 

Sorry, that's not the reason it was closed.

It almost certainly won't be reopened, annoying as it is.

Would you be able to tell me why? Any one who knows me can tell you I am very good at coming up with ways to fix this sort of thing...
