Removing RS top?

I'm new to vb.net and i'm trying to create my own little client.

But how do I remove the top (menu and maybe ads (i'm member))- so I only get the itself in my browser?

That tutorial is for C# ... :/

 

C# and VB.net are basically the same thing, the only difference is in the syntax.

 

I'm not good enough to translate the code into vb.net yet - would need some more help.

Check out this web page, it shows the differences between the two. You shouldn't really need it thought, it's usually obvious what the vb code is doing so you can just change it to what you would have it as in C# (functions, variables, etc).
