The lowest HP is actually 1. Accounts that were caught botting in RSC had all their stats wiped to 1.

How is it possible that the acc has only 9 hp yet so many other combat stats? Was it a fail stat swipe of some sort? Would be interested to see the acc in game before bidding.

 

Slayer was done with cannon. Hp was from 2001years creation. It was never stat wiped. Melee stats was quested like so:
