Runescape –The unofficial guide to making your account famous!

It’s just all about Youtube! That’s the secret to making your account famous.


The requirements to making a famous account:

To have 1 defence (minimum 5) DO NOT GET ON PURPOSE!

To have an aim to get to either:
99 range and mage,
99 strength and 40 attack
99 strength and 99 range and 1 attack (done with pestcontrol)
99 strength and 99 mage and 99 range (known as a hybrid)
99 strength and 60 attack and 52 pray
99 strength and 70 attack and 52 pray
99 strength 60 attack, everything else 1 (known as a staker)
61 range and 30 hp and around 30 combat (can only be got with a cannon)
99 defence and 5 attack and 5 strength with everything else level 1


Once you’ve chosen your stats, getting famous is only easy with 99 of something. If you have 85+ you are considered as “good.” If you have 95+ you are considered as amazing! If you are 99 of any level you will be famous VERY quickly.

Now on to making you first pk bh (bounty hunter) vid!

What people want to see is the end of a kill and around a 9 minute long bh vid. There must be lots of quick clips of kills and it is advised to be a member bher. Add a few jokes in, creating a story to your vid.

In order to retain your fame you must make lots of pk vids, minimum 6. After bh vid 6 you should finaly be an experienced editor. A suggested tool to use is “hypercam” when recording. To edit use the latest windows Movie Maker or camtasia, which you can get free downloads on the internet.
DO NOT ADD MILLIONS OF EFFECTS, and keep it basic. ADD a title
Eg: Runescape pk/bh vid 1 – (yourname) – 99 strength pure pker – ( a title ie: Siberian summers)

It would go well to have your max hit at the beginning of your vid.

How to save your bh vid
This is for Windows Movie Maker users only.
Once finished,
Click file,
Save movie,
Under “profile” click on (depending on your free space left) either “video for broadband film content (1500 kbps total – low),” or “video for broadband NTSC (2 Mbps total - high). These 2 are the best. It is essential to your bh vid that you choose either one. They are the difference between being able to view your vid and not.
Just press ok and save it to a suitable place that you will remember, with a decent name, ie: runescape bh vid 1. It will take time to save if the vid is around 9 minutes.

Once done it’s time to upload!


How to use Youtube and upload your bh vid
First, create an account.
Second, once logged in, there will be an upload button in the top right hand corner of the web page.
Click “upload.”
Add your title.
Add a description of your stats and what you pk.
Add tags of runescape pkers including parts of your name. It is advised to copy this text and put in as your tags:

You should then put your video category as “entertainment.”
Click “upload a video.”
Click browse and pick the bh vid you had just saved.
Now press upload and just wait for it to go up to 100%.
Be aware that it may take up to 2 days before you will find it in the search.

I myself have a famous pure on runescape. I will not say though. All I’ll tell you is that the first letter of the name is “m” and the last letter is “o”
