help with training

okay well im 87 str 66 hp but i want to get my hp higher for this clan reqs what should i train on to get 76 hp and 90 plus str or 80 plus range

 

If you're a member, i suggest experiments or flesh crawlers ^

if you're FTP i recommend moss giants

 

Experiments if you are going legit, Soul Wars if you want to use a bot.

 

Rock crabs are better than experiments IMO

 

i want to use my autofighter not my sw because i need hp and i dont want use zeals on hp
