Sythe Birthday Titles!

this just came out of my head so i havn't thought it through properly but people can add/take away ideas from it and i'll just lay down the basics.

Styhe Birthday Titles!

Right this is the Birthday from when you created your sythe account, for instance some that says "Proud sythe member for 1 year(s)" or something a long the lines of that or maybe not 1 year maybe 3?

oh and 5 years should be a really nice present too! seems it's only a month away for me >

open to discuss and add to or tell me that i'm an idiot for something i havn't realised yet !

Doubt this is gonna happen, dunno if Sythe could do it automatically or is gonna have to manually do it..

 

That's true too, if it were automatically set up then it wouldn't really be that big of a deal, but manually giving it to everyone after a year.. not gna happen

 

You're join date should do that for you already,
I don't think users need a rank to show how long
they've been on here for, when the "join date"
already does that.

Just because something can be automated doesn't mean there isn't any work that would have to go into writing something to automate it.

 

I mean , that is pretty much what join date is.

i suppose it's pointless but theres nothing for people who are still active after so many years of being here.

you can pay $100 and get an epic tiitle, but for 5 years of being loyal to the community you don't get anything i feel like a child that gets nothing for his 5th birthday

How about having an automatic rank come on your birthday(IRL, not signup) just to show everyone how special you are.

 

Maybe if somehow you could automatically make it only for one day a year. Other than that its a no.

 

Useless and could misslead a user to think that he is trustful. As everyone is saying, just check the join date, you won't die.

I don't see this being useful, or anything. As other members have stated "it would be misleading." I'd agree with that... Even if it was a type of title, where would it go? People have to donate/be staff in order to have a custom UT. Having a early join date really doesn't mean anything either.. You can join, leave for 5 years, come back. How does this make you trusted?
