It may not be fake TBH. I've appealed two offensive language offenses -- one of which was a mute -- with random things like that/flaming Jagex.

 

I don't have any blackmarks.It could be true that these words works or i just got luck, noone dosn't know how jagex appeal system works.

 

Haha nice- I believe it's real since Jagex gets so many appeals every day it would take too many man hours to actually go through and read every one.

It'd be pretty simple for them just to be sent through a computer looking for key words.
