Banned for a reason not stated in the rules.

Alright, so my alternate account (Scammers Need Lives) was just banned for ban evadeing. i understand and take full responsibility for that. but the main reason why im pissed, is because my actualy account (Digital Rain) was banned for "haveing pride in my botnet" because i had the size of my botnet posted in my signature because thats my signature for EVERY website i sign up for, i just copy/paste it. now, NOWHERE in the rules does it say im not allowed to say i have a botnet. nowhere. i Read the rules, and it said that theres no Hostbooting guides permitted to be sold. and i wasent selling, or advertiseing that i was selling guides, bots, setups, server spots, anything. there are NO scammer reports on me, you could even go checkfor yourselves. i was 100% legit. but without warning, because i had a few words and numbers that you deemed "bannable", i had to resort to evadeing. all because you, as sythe Admins/mods failed on makeing a rule that says "No advertiseing of any way, shape, or form, that you own a botnet". and the best part is, i could have just ben bluffing about the whole thing. even better part? you STILL failed on posting a rule about that.


Users will be banned permanently for the following:

- Scamming: or any suspicious behavior similar to scamming (i.e. attempting to scam). This also includes:
*Impersonating other members, posting vouches for yourself with other accounts, and any other similar behavior.
*Impersonating ranks through the use of your signature
*Note: Counter-scamming isn't allowed either.
- Password Cracking: including the creation, help in creation, use, discussion, and/or distribution of crackers
- Posting infected files: keyloggers, viruses, trojans, etc...
- Account Sharing: only 1 user is allowed to use an account here at sythe.org
- Returning after a ban/Ban evading: If one of your accounts has been banned, and you return on another account, all of your accounts will be banned.
- Using viewing bots for your threads: This is not allowed and we can detect it. You will be permanently banned if you choose to use such a bot.



do you see a rule about it anywhere there or even remotely close? i dont think so. my FIRST ban was a VERY unfair ban, nobody even warned me it wasent allowed. and because it dident say it wasent allowed in the rules, i assumed it was allowed.

you guys are so quick to ban people, but not inform them. thats an issue on your part, not mine, but i suffer the cost of a rule/warning fail on your part? does that seem fair to you?


so, i request that my FIRST account, Digital Rain, get unbanned, because of the simple fact that it wasent a vulgar/hurtfull/ or illigal signature of ANY kind. and it was a fail on YOUR part why i got banned the first time.

and one more thing, this "ban Evadeing" rule should only apply to people who have ben hurtful to the community, (Scammers, unautherised resalers, ect) instead of people who dont deserve it.


Be fair, you guys are supposably all about being Fair, so lets see how fair you really are.
