best way to raise defence?

i have 51 defence? best way to level? its p2p

 

I'm smashing down defense levels at the TzHaar or whatever. just get a whip and train on like ogres or something

 

ok ill try that. anyother methods?

 

Get a whip, train at giant spiders, get some pretty decent xp rates there, or go to Soul Wars and train defense in Soul Wars and then spend the Zeal on defense, you could get your desired level in no time.

 

like a abby whip?

 

Get whip, go to fire giants monkeys etc.
Just same places where you train strenght attack etc.

 

If you're willing to bot, SoulWars is always a great way to train =)

 

Rock crabs is always a good place to train

 

Soulwars/pc if you're high cmb/monsters.

 

Set up a cannon at long range mode at rock crabs, while using dragon bolts (e) on everything that moves.

That's what I do when people try to recover the pures I buy ;>

 

just do soulwars with a bot.

 

i say train to 70 defs then go to bandits and get guthans and afk there on defs
