Any way to get my paypal verified?

My paypal is limited and I'm wondering how I can get it verified without providing a credit card or account details? I have $30 in it and I don't want it to go to waste.

By a prepaid card. It'll work just like a credit card, and you don't have bills on it.

 

Sorry for being dumb, but what is a prepaid card and how can I go about getting one?

 

even if you do everything they say they might not undo the limit. Just wait the 180 days and withdraw it.

 

Half a year to withdraw $30? Is that really worth it? I want a simple way to get my money out. It's frustrating me :/

 

Sorry that I was kind of vague, I meant a prepaid debit card such as a Visa. You can buy them almost everywhere, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, etc. You can buy one for like 5 bucks and use it as a credit card to verify your Paypal account.
