I know you didn't scam lol.

It depends, if this member was 12 and scammed on some random website I wouldn't care, but if he scammed here he would know what the rules are should be shunned.

If they scam AFTER joining Sythe, then no. I do feel a few people should just be allowed to post on Off-topic, etc but they will remain market banned and TWC'd. Example: Finally Found Freedom (idk if he's unbanned)

Unless they refund the money// accounts or w/e they scammed, to their victims, why should they be unbanned...?

You misunderstood. I don't mean unbanning people who have scammed on this site. I mean unbanning people who have scammed years ago and are truly repentant.

    Giving scammers a second chance.

A pedophile raped your sister? Your going to give him a second chance?

It's the same thing when a person scammed thousands from a person and yet you give him a second chance?

Sure humans can change, but most don't, not everyone is the same, people should know the consequences of being dishonest.

Like honestly, if everyone is dishonest there is no point being merciful.

Giving someone another chance is giving someone to the power to make their next move. Plan something grand and bam, they don't care no more.

Some scammers may have regret and want to change but MOST don't, people who scam know what they're getting themselves into.

I really don't see the point of this thread. Scammers will always be scammers. What's the point of giving them a second chance? To get more free stuff from unsuspecting victims? I say no 2 second chances for scammers.

You can't allow people back if you know that they'll scam again. Scamming is scamming.
