Summoning tank with 99 Defence

As of right now i have a summoning tank that is 49 combat. The stats are 70 hp, 99 defence, and 57 summoning. Pking is lame because everyone runs away, and also it just takes forever to get charms. It took quite a while to get 57 summoning, but i'm thinking about just making my account into a range tank. With a range tank i can actually do stuff with the account such as get a fire cape, GWD, Dungeoneering, etc. What do you guys think i should do?

In my opinion you would be ruining the account if you trained range, plus with summoning wouldn't be that great a range tank imo. If you want a range tank start a new account.

well 99 summoning is a steel titan which trains range, so there really isn't another way to do it.

if you get it let the titan get you range xp

 

its a lot harder to get 99 summoning using just a summoning familiar than gathering charms while getting up range.

 

I would just keep it, find a rich friend and go to rock lobsters and get your summoing up :S

 

imo summoning tanks are bad they take to long to train up for such a useless pay off in the end you NEVER get any kills

More like wasting time for show-off.
Range tank would be better for pking and such collecting charms for the 99 summong would take u very very long

Man that is an awesome account. Im sure its taken you a heck of a while to make. so why would you ruin it now and get range?? I say you just stick with summoning tank .

 

nah man, everyone runs away. Its not even fun pking. Range tanks are good plus 99 summoning uses range. i'll go in multi sense i have 99 defence and i wont be hit, and my summon will destroy. Sure it took a while but its just boring now.

 

Alright in tht case maybe yu would be better off getting range then. You would most def own with range and summoning. How long would it take to get 99 summoning without range?

 

um id definately get 99 summoning with range picking up charms

 

You should get attack on it. So it hits all the time+summoning+hella def.

tanks are strong by themselves, with the addition of 99 summoning seems somewhat unstoppable to me tbh.

 

Summon tanks don't sell for more then range tanks. So it would not be a waste. Summoning doesn't affect pking.

Are you insane? You get around 9k xp/h with the titan. Also getting the charms for the titan would be impossibly hard.

Summoning tanks are way to show off how good of a botter you are. Which is sad tbh. Range tank is better.
