Explanation of the trade: User inquired about doing dice duels. Didn't state if he wanted 1-10 dice or 1-100 dice. I rolled 1-100, somepoint between when I rolled for myself and rolled for him he said "no I wanted out of 10" [screenshot below] however being on mobile and due to posting rolls b2b I never saw this message.

Basically just need to know if this duel is valid or if it should be Null/void and I should send him back his $

You can clearly see he offers two types of dice duels.
One from 1-100 and one from 1-10.

I never specified with him because I was nervous in the moment. (Prior to the roll I has asked him what a draw would do - questioning it because it was much more likely on a 1-10 dice as that’s what I wanted). Furthermore, after I saw his first roll, (as he done them separately) I told him I hadn’t wanted it rolled between 1-100 and instead 1-10. As the service/product provider he should have asked which dice I wanted to roll between even if customer forgot.

E.g I go into a McDonald’s store and ask for an ice cream. The assistant would definitely ask which one, even if I had forgotten.

Same with a service on RuneScape. If I request some skilling done by a provider and hand over my £, they would specifically ask what skills I would want done, even if I had forgotten.


All in all, I think the onus is on Kyle as the service/goods provider to ask clearly what the customer wants before moving ahead and doing as he wishes.
