    I consider this to be 100% false and misleading. You clearly made ZERO "Conducted thorough checks and verification procedures"

    Let's all remember this account was probably recovered for 1-2 months as I haven't played in awhile, so if they conducted "thorough checks and verification procedures" why was I never notified from chicks that the account was recovered... POOR trading practice and lies upon lies. So much for the Thorough checks!

    Thanks for your patience @Vickies Gold & @Chicks staff, was gathering additional input from other staff as well.

    Surrounding the account, it appears @Chicks was able to re-secure & provide this account back to you, which appears you indicated you'd accept -- shown in this screenshot from the Live Chat below & discussion with me via discord:

    They've also provided email(s) which show the only emails coming in surrounding password attempts to be on 06/13/2023, the same day that you reached out via live chat.

    Sythe staff is unable to grant a refund as per the TOS you agreed to they are still within their obligations & have assisted with the account in question. Their website also indicates an account sold in-house vs resale, so it appears you would be aware this was a resale and you'd be aware what you were purchasing (as you indicated you were not told what you were purchasing to me above).

    It appears @Chicks staff is willing to refund the 300M in question & have indicated you can collect this via the Live Chat. Please work with them to do so.
