    Is buying a pin illegal?

    Are you stealing from someone?

No, its not stealing. Basically you buy a months of membership without making a paypal account or using your credit card. Its a little easier imo, especially if you use a trusted person like Finn.

It is cheaper but imo most people steal them from other peoples phones so they can make a profit. Or they buy them from there phone and never pay for the pin so you end up in negative credit.

    Bullshit.
Just buy from a fairly trusted user and you should be fine.
    It's not illegal.

As pointed out above, it's legal. The only thing it breaks is Jagex's TOS.

Explain to me the concept of buying a pin

I also have a question about pins, and rather than starting a new thread, i figured i'd ask it here. Is it possible to check the validity of a pin without actually using it? Thanks guys.

Explain to me the concept of buying a pin

I remember reading about it here ( not sure if works) if you put all the right information but the wrong country it will say wrong country or something like that (meaning the pin # is valid) but if it says like invalid pin or something then the pin does not work.

Of course its illegal technically, you are buying a stolen product but you won't get in trouble for it only the pin seller would because you yourself have no idea that its stolen "technically".
