Don't put words in my mouth, I never said I agree with every infraction/ban instated.

However, I believe Blackkk's TwC was warranted. If you want to see my reasoning view his dispute thread, don't argue it here.

 

Just a point of few, trying to back up suf's point of unfair bans because I'm sure others would agree the twc was unfair. As for the part where you don't agree with every infraction/ban then why don't you stand up for those innocent members isn't that a part of your job as staff?

 

Cracked accounts are accounts which were gained by appealing a random account from 2001-2005 with false information and some get unbanned by chance, another method of "cracking" is bruteforcing, although I think this method has died out now.

And believe it or not, Snowboard-Ninja did sell me an account which was recovered, I'm not saying it was his fault, but it shouldn't of happened.

There is an obvious difference between how the moderators view things and how most of the members view things which became very apparent to me when I resigned. So, yes. Your staff position does greatly effect how you see this suggestion. I don't see what you are talking about with this right and wrong business though. I am making a suggestion to change the way this bans are handled and what thought is put into them. A suggestion can't be right or wrong.

ok farcast your right I'm not saying you personally aren't speaking your opinion about these unfair bans, because obviously your doing that in your posts right here in this thread. But wouldn't you agree that there are some unwarrented bans/infractions?and that something needs to be done about this.

My voice only travels so far. Ultimately, it's up to the majority vote unless Sythe intervenes.

 

I know. I was responding to you and then asking how this right or wrong stuff works. Since, it doesn't make much sense to me. I went with it one last time because it was the easiest way to get what I wanted to say understood.

Then instead of telling me that my suggestion is invalid, show me how it is.

 

No I wont support this . Once you scammed someone , its your falut ! And most of scammers will do it again after unbanning !..
