First off i'm unsure weather this would fall under violation or scammer catorgory, As there was a violation of rules/tos broken via discord, And money wasn't refunded even though it's in the TOS

So, This all dates back to 2021 or maybe 2022, There was a free vorkath script, Jim was the admin in the discord, And due to my profile picture on discord (a guy who shot up a supermarket) i was banned, I found out this reason and made racial slurs towards jim, Purely on the fact cause i got perma banned from about 6-7 discords that he permissions in, So i appealed like every server but he's main one, Got accepted cause they realized jim was on a powertrip. DEADZONE ARYTON can confirm this, I believe he may or maynot have the messages kept, If not I DO

This was not acceptable towards what i said to jim at all, And i appoligized once i realized i fucked up, I was still a young kid, But that's not an excuse for such actions.

Fast forward 1-2 years i came back to botting on OSRS and went on sythe to look at plugins, Found storm mentioned somewhere. So i went in there brought it and then i went to check discord to get help with something, And it was gone i was like oh okay

So i joined on an alternative discord, I made a ticket and the very first thing i said was, I am jezza, I am me i am ban evading, But i don't know why i am banned and what for, he explained the situation from years ago ( i compeltely forgot and didn't realize who jim was ) but he remembered me within 20 minutes of me being in storm, So then jim gave me access to use the ALT discord to talk in storm and get help, This was allowed for over a month
He never helped me, He was always rude towards me in the discord but i feathered it off cause i was racist to him, Maybe i deserve it

So i was like what ever, I had a problem today with storm and made a ticket to seek help, He then said if you didn't get banned you would be able to see it, I said okay jim i'm sick of these comments there borderline abuse, blah blah i was younger at the time, Im more older now im just trying to use a service i paid for, So can you help me, If you don't want me here just let me know.

He then proceeds to kick and ban me from every single discord AGAIN for no reason, I send him a DM on discord saying he has broken a violation, You're out of line did you want to resolve this between us, He then decides to act like a kid, i asked him to link me sythe to report him and keeps sending me abusive-passive aggressive messages ever since, He randomly messages me then blocks me.


I believe he deleted messages before kicking me to prevent the transcript from showing he's corrupt actions, Or the bot didn't catch my messages, But i'm sure if jim has nothing to hide he can send the transcript this way.

Not only this, I had a few users from storm come to me complaining about jims actions, So i'm sure i'm not the only one with these types of issues.


Due to the nature of the ban, And since it resides in storm, HE DID NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO BAN/KICK ME FROM EL/ILLUMINE

the client is broken, Will not load, That's half the reason i got kicked i think, Cause jim couldn't be bothered helping me. Not only that they can't supply a quality product that will not load NOR HAVE SUPPORT TO.

As regards to the report above, @jezzal was banned on Storm after opening a ticket requesting support on our client (Storm client)

Because we have a high number of users that use alt discords for plugin/client purposes, we have a log of users pinned in our staff channel. But for some reason I was not able to find @jezzal 's alt on it and when he opened a ticket for help, I initially thought he was keysharing





The images are split into two as he was banned and messages were purged.

@jezzal snapped when asked about his main discord (which i genuinely forgot i allowed him to use an alt for)

As for why he got banned in the first place, on the 29th May 2022 we had a user report that @jezzal changed his username and profile picture on discord to the exact same one as the shooter (ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2022_Buffalo_shooting) and as it was explicitly inappropriate, we banned him for it

Afterwards, I received DM by him




Because of this, he was permanently banned on all discord servers that have OpenBanBot (our ban bot that bans across all servers).

But even this ban did not stop @jezzal as he kept making alt discords joining our servers in an attempt to use our products.

So in his original report of '1-2years' is not true, as it was barely a year.

Regarding his complaint about 'storm client is not working/not a quality product' and the original ticket he made in the first for support, there was an ISP outage in his area hence he couldnt connect, he still has access to Storm client as we did not revoke his access (discord server ban =/= client access) so i am truly unsure what he meant by he was not able to use the client.





In the screenshots above, he launched the client after making the report as well.

Revisiting our decision on allowing him to use an alt to use our services again, we will not be allowing back to the community as it is clear that he is still the same person as he was on 29th may 2022.

We will allow him to continue to use our services until it expires.

 

@jezzal also claims that

I would like to see any evidence of such accusation, if not i would like to counter report him for slander!!!

As shown in one of @omgsosorry (Jim) provided screenshots (Directly has my name in it), I wanted to let you know that I took action and banned the user above, who was reported by Jim for their unacceptable behavior. I shared their Discord information with other developers to ensure they were also banned from their servers. I will also VERY CLEARLY STATE: I will never consider unbanning this member from OpenBanBot. Please see the below details and why he was banned for being an absolute trashcan of a human being.

1. The user was initially temporarily banned on 5/28/2022 for changing his profile picture and account details to match that of the 2022 Buffalo, New York shooter and was warned in his ban that should he not change his account details and profile picture, he would be permanently banned. He knowingly created a direct association with a horrific event and a person responsible for a tragic incident. This act is highly insensitive and disrespectful towards the victims and their families who suffered due to the shooting. By adopting the profile picture and account details of the shooter, the user not only glorified and validated the actions of a criminal but also perpetuated fear, trauma, and distress among others in the community. This behavior shows a complete lack of empathy and understanding of the real-world consequences of such violent acts.

2. After 24 hours (5/29/2022) and the automatic lifting of his temporary ban, the user returned to the servers he was previously removed from without changing his name and profile picture. At this point, Jim provided screenshots of his transgressions, and we collectively decided that he would be OpenBanBot banned across numerous communities that utilize the bot. As shown in the screenshots provided above by Jim, the user then proceeded to harass members of staff in the community by saying extremely racist, disgusting, and vile comments toward them. This only enhances the belief that this individual took deliberate action, demonstrating a disturbing fascination or admiration for violence and individuals who commit heinous crimes. It raises concerns about the user's mindset and intentions within the online community, as it suggests a potential inclination towards promoting harmful ideologies or engaging in dangerous behavior.

To be clear:
Taking immediate action and banning the user powerfully conveys that such behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated within the Runescape plugin community. It helps to protect the well-being of other community members and ensures a safer and more respectful environment for all users. The decision to share the user's Discord information with other developers and advocate for their ban from other servers also reflects the severity of the user's actions. It highlights the collective stance against this behavior and encourages other communities to take appropriate measures to address similar instances promptly. The firm statement that the user will never be unbanned emphasizes the commitment to maintaining a high standard of conduct within our communities. It reinforces the message that there are consequences for engaging in harmful and disrespectful behavior.

@jezzal, let me be clear: You are lucky Jim was the one to provide the information initially and advocate to ban you. If it were up to me and I was the one to catch this, I would have revoked your access to every plugin, every server, and everything to do with the RS community. I would have reported you everywhere I could and made sure that every community I was part of knew how disgusting of a human you are.
