Reporting Account Recovery - @Winterboots

Im 100% willing to give the guy the benefit of the doubt, but just in case I'm making the post to register the events.

Anyways, paid 100m for the account, got locked a couple of days ago, messaged him on sythe + discord and got no replies. After 2 days of the account being locked, it got moved to another Jagex account.

Side Note: Huge mistake on my part to import the account onto a Jagex account I owned since after the account lock happened I did some research and apparently it's one of the worst decisions I could have made. (Since it would put a pure I had on the same account at risk if I failed at unlocking the account.) After reading this I decided that my best course of action was to ask the seller for good information to get a good recovery or make him recover the account with a made-up story). This does not matter since @WinterBoots never replied and later on the account got moved to another Jagex account.

Terms of Service that were agreed to: none, was a very informal trade but I have no issues with that since he was not a mass account seller. My reasoning is that by the stuff he told me and my intended use of the account I was not worried about a ban since it would end up being my fault anyways. On the other side, a recovery would have to come from him since he was the first owner anyways.

Welp, I will take that the guy is acting now on bad faith since the account got recovered / unlocked + played on.

Yeah, I linked the discord to the sythe account since its the one the guy provided me in a PM. The account he gave me matched exactly the one on the post. As a confirmation and agreement of the trade I can use the word of peanut since he middlemanned the trade on his discord (I want to say that I'm in no way saying he is at fault in any way. He was fast to middleman for us with no issues and ofc since its an account sale he is only the MM he cant be at fault for a 3rd party recovery.)(Hopefully he has the chat transcribe from the ticket on his discord, he said he was going to check when he gets to a computer).
