Those people are like 80% of the reason Runescape is the way it is today. The 07 Wild/Trade change wouldn't have been made if it wasn't for gold farmers.

 

I thought it was pretty amusing, but it's kind of a jerky thing to do. It's kind of like being mean to telemarketers, its funny and stuff but it is their job to do what you're making fun of.
