PayPal vs. Western Union vs. Moneybookers

While I have learned a lot about PayPal already, I have not heard as much about WU and MB. Could we discuss some of the Pros and Cons of working with the other two websites for sending money?

I would really like to hear about which site you prefer and why. Also, under what circumstances could using a particular site be more favorable? If you don't have experience with certain sites please make that known because saying PayPal is the best because it is the only one you have ever used won't help me out much.

    Hopefully someone can answer this:
Does using WU or MB avoid charge backs all together?
Can you transfer the money from your online accounts to your bank account?

    Thanks!

WU cannot charge back. Essentially what happens (or at least what I do) is they send you the money (either online or from an actual store), then you go to the store and literally they hand you the money. Its foolproof, but has higher fees.

Moneybookers it's very difficult to reverse a payment. Making it much safer for the seller in a trade as they don't have to worry about having the money the see being charged back. This does make it difficult for the buyer though, seeing if the thing they sold (My example being a Runescape account) is recovered theres next to no way of getting your cash back.

I like WU because of the bank transfer option. Meaning as the reciever I don't have to leave my house to get my cash.

In my opinion MoneyBookers is the way to go, other than Western Union, but WU has high transfer fees.

I personally like MoneyBookers because it has fairly low rates and its also very hard to do chargebacks.
