What To Make This Account Into?

I might be buying this account off a friend, and was wondering what I should make it.

61 attack 67 str 60 def 49 pray
Also has 28m, 91 wc and some other stats.

 

Make it into a barrows pure. Quest it up, get 80+ attack, 99 str, 70 or 75 def and 70 pray. Get that wc to 99 to trim the str cape.

 

Depends, do you plan on keeping it or trying to bot it then sell it?

 

Can't really do much PVP-wise other than get 70 def and be a barrows pure...

Could keep combat as it is and try to become a semi-decent skiller.

Either Barrows pure (if you want PvP funsies) or just max it, up to you.
