    Wouldn't really be abusing a bug, because people check their kingdom like every day, how are they supposed to know if it happens to them. Unless they find out through someone and go check their kingdom right away.

    They wont be able to ban anyone for this.

    Its Jagex's fault completely, no one stumbled around to exploit it, it just happened.

    Players aren't at fault. Tons of players do it daily, it appears, some of them were just at the right place at the right time eh :) ?
