    Hi guys, I've been lurking around here for awhile and I've been looking at a LOT of accounts.

    I'm looking to buy one for a MAXIMUM of $120.
    I am looking for:
    100+ Combat (Doesn't have to be maxed)
    High-ish QP
    Well-rounded stats
