Reporting Straggler - Paypal Chargerback

Briefly explain the trade & How they scammed:

This all happened roughly 2 weeks ago, and b0b3rt helped me gather evidence, for the record.

He added me over msn to buy a pin. He went first, paid as a gift, did everything i requested, but i was suspicious since I usually didn't have any customers while any member of easypins.org were online. So i applied the pin via teamviewer it worked, and I posted a vouch, he said he was busy and would post a vouch later. Never got that vouch, and the next day the payment was held. He has been ignoring me completely since he has tried to chageback.

As his email isn't shown, we cannot take those conversation screenshots as proof. Can you link that Paypal email to him?

His email has to be shown on the convo's, which is why we warn users about using Meebo. Can you prove that paypal belongs to him?
