    It says the deepest...and zamorak altar is at wilderness lvl 44.

    Max lvl of wilderness is 56

    Yeah, I would say it has to be past the p2p/f2p fence, maybe check the around the mage arena as well as rogue castle.

    go as far as you can north.. *highest level wildy* and find a place where it is 25 paces long (squares). :)
