Instead of having multiple threads for the same staff member, why not have each staff member create their own personal threads on which they can post criteria for feedback, so instead of having people posting "You're awesome!" (as true as it possibly may be, they could get definitive feedback that would help them better their moderating and community interaction.

They essentially have that in the meet the staff section, so members are more than welcome to post there. I guess they allow it, as the attention is always nice to receive after doing a good job.

Then isn't the feedback section essentially a Post.Count++ section?

No. If you were a moderator or administrator, wouldn't you like some feedback on how you're doing, whether it positive or negative? The positive feedback encourages the Moderators and Administrators to continue doing their great work, and negative feedback encourages them to do better, to be one of the better moderators/administrators. If you were one, you would understand.

    I was an administrator/moderator on RSBot/Powerbot for a year. I understand.

What I'm saying is that, if the "Meet The Staff" section is already being used to provide feedback to the individual staff members, why is there this section?

Meet the staff is for just that, meeting the staff. Feedback is for how they are doing on the website.

In my opinion it's a good idea to combine the sections because all I see is threads that say "you're awesome" or super negative threads that get locked. This way people can leave constructive criticism on each individual staff member's thread.

Why would they combine the sections, grave?

Meet the staff is to get to know the staff better, not to express feedback on us. It's to ask questions about hobbies and other things in our lives.

Okay, so it isn't for "Feedback" per se. Then what about my original suggestions of each staff member making their own feedback thread in the Feedback section as to lower the amount of clutter?

Well, feedback section is basically about two things; posting issues related to staff members, and giving staff members a boost if they've done something extraordinarily.

How about having a sticky, like the thread linked earlier in this thread allowing users to post short opinions on each staff member? And still allowing them to make threads about specific cases?
