About the guide:

The guide is theoretically sound, the issue is that one item involved in the guide is unbuyable in the GE. It can be collected relatively easy, but that will SIGNIFICANTLY lower the profits per hour if you calculate the time it takes to gather the supplies then actually do the method. As such, unless there is an easier way of obtaining the item in mass that is found, I would say that the guide, when all time is taken into account, does not make anywhere near 2m per hour.
