Dabest = Scammer

Well i tired to buy a Runescape game card for 5$ , i send him the money gifted . he said it wasn't gifted so he told me to do c%c but the payment was in fact gifted. so i did a unauthorized claim and waited and waited 3 days clear . but i really wanted membership and i see he changed the price 3.50$ . I asked if i can buy another pin into payment cleared , and we still had problems i send him to money , he wanted me to do c%c this time . I tried to do it but it wouldn't let me cancel , so he refunded the money. After i wanted 3 days for the 5$ dollars to clear (today) I told him to the payment clear , he said he got to go restart he internet, he came back . i asked him to get on team viewer so we can add pin , he said something about hes CPU not working so he can't right now. i waited 3 days for him to sent me a fake pin , after the payment clears. I'm really pissed off!! Also he kept making new threads instead of keeping the same one
