    Nothing. It's just the folder where the Java Applet saves some files so you don't have to download the entire client each time you wish to play RuneScape.

    it's what is automatically downloaded to your computer when you run a signed applet bot or when you run a runescape client.

    It's to allow it to load quicker because it doesn't have to download everytime.

    Nothing to worry about. It can't relay information.

    I delete that everytime I fill in a recovery appeal, seems to work for me.
